How do I get a receipt for my trip? +

You can request a receipt at the time of booking or after your service by contacting our office directly.

When will I be charged for my reservation? +

A deposit is required at the time of booking, or full payment may be required depending on how close the service is to the reservation date.

Why is the amount charged different from my original quote? +

The final charge may include additional fees for waiting time, toll lanes, or if the service is extended beyond the original booking (we bill by the full hour).

I need to make changes to my booking — what should I do? +

Simply email us the updated information or give us a call, and we’ll take care of the changes.

How can I contact my chauffeur? +

You’ll be able to reach your chauffeur directly via cell phone on the day of your service.

Where will I meet my chauffeur at the airport? +

We offer two options: inside the baggage claim area or curbside pickup. Just let us know your preference when booking.

Do you offer a meet & greet service at the airport? +

Yes, we offer professional meet & greet services starting at a 2-hour minimum. The rate is $50 per hour.

What kind of training do your chauffeurs receive? +

All chauffeurs are PVH-certified and go through PAX training and ride-along sessions to ensure a safe, professional experience.

Do you charge for waiting time? +

Yes, after the included wait time, a waiting fee applies. Domestic airport pickups include 30 minutes free; international pickups include 1 hour free.

What happens if my flight is delayed? +

No need to worry — we track all flights in real time to adjust your pickup accordingly.

Is there an extra charge for an additional stop? +

Yes, additional stops may incur a fee. Please let us know all your stops when booking so we can provide accurate pricing.

Are pets allowed in the vehicles? +

We do not allow pets inside our vehicles. Service animals are welcome.

Are baby car seats available? +

Yes, we offer infant, toddler, and booster seats for an additional fee. Please request these in advance.
