When you book transportation with A Step Above Limo Service LLC, you enter into a binding agreement for the services requested. All of our reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week throughout Charlotte, North Carolina, and surrounding areas within 50 miles. We accept reservations as soon as possible based on availability. Advance notice requirements may vary based on vehicle type, service date, and demand.
Pricing is based on the information provided at booking, including service type, duration, locations, and vehicle selection. Final pricing may change if trip details are modified or additional services are required. Payment methods and when charges occur will be disclosed during the booking process. Depending on the service date, you may be required to pay a deposit at booking or pay in full.
If you need to cancel or modify a reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies depend on the vehicle type reserved.
To request changes to an existing reservation, contact us by email with updated information or call us directly. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, availability and pricing adjustments may apply.
A Step Above Limo Service LLC provides service throughout Charlotte, North Carolina, and surrounding areas within 50 miles. Our airport transportation includes flight tracking for arrivals and they will typically be met inside baggage claim or at curbside, as specified during booking.
Chauffeur contact information will be provided prior to service via cell phone. To ensure the safety of our passengers, all of our chauffeurs are PVH certified and complete passenger training and ride-along training programs.

Pets are not permitted in vehicles, but service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law.
Child safety equipment, including infant, toddler, and booster seats, are available upon request for an additional fee. Availability, suitability, and associated fees will be confirmed during booking.
Our meet and greet services are available at airports for an additional charge. When you reserve this service, we require a 2-hour minimum booking at $50 per hour, and our greeter will assist with luggage and safely escort you to your vehicle.
For airport arrivals, we track flights automatically and adjust accordingly to any delays or early landings. For international arrivals we include 1 hour of complimentary waiting time. Our domestic arrivals include 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time, and the charges apply after these allowances.
We provide receipts upon request after service completion and payment processing. If the amount charged differs from the original quote, this may be due to waiting time, toll lane charges, or billing by the full hour for extended service time.
